I love to swim! Especially with my fellow classmates in room 12. Today I got to have a swimming session with Mr.Robinson. (my gym teacher)My class got to slip slide and swish!
The picture at the top of the screen is all the boys in room 12 after changing in the locker rooms and getting ready to board the bus to head back to school. All of us had extremely wet hair!
My favorite part of the trip was getting to play water basketball in the small pool! I got to slam dunk and so did my other friends!
Thanks for reading my blog!!!!
Hi! it’s Michael! On April 17th I get to go swimming with my fourth grade friends. Were doing this lesson in swimming for gym class. To get started we usually swim back and fourth in a small pool.
After that, we get to go into the whirlpool and swim against the current.Sometimes when were done with that, we get to swim with the current.
When were all finished we get a little free time. My friends and I usually go on a big slide that the place we go to has.(I go down on my stomach)
Last but not least we head to the locker room and we change clothes. when we change we run to the bus and we go back to school.
We have been exploring websites for kids. There are many websites out on the internet that kids learn, explore, connect with other kids, and play!
My choice is a website that has games to play while you learn a lot about people, animals, stories, and even see interesting videos!
I like it because you can learn many things about different people and animals!

We have been working on book talks for our Holmes Book Fair.
I read and wrote a book talk for Dooby Dooby Moo by Doreen Croinon and Betsy Lewin.
This book is fiction and is about a duck who enters many barn animals into a county fair.

I have a book baggy book that I can read independently. I want to share some information with you about my book. The title of my book is Canyons by Gary Paulsen. I just finished it. This book is about two boys with totally different lives. One is a city boy and the other boy is an Indian. The city boy lives a tough life because his mother is sad. The Indian boy is going on his first raid. A raid is a time when someone attacks somebody else to get supplies. This book takes place in a canyon in the middle of a desert. One of my favorite characters is Coyote Runs because he is an active, amazing, character. I would recommend this book because the author is a great author with an exiting mind.

Hi my name is Michael. I’m in Mrs.Smit’s class in 4th grade. My friends and I love to play football at recess. My friends and I love to run, jump, and score touchdowns too!
Injuries On The Field
Although we love to play football sometimes we get hurt. One day my friend Conner got kicked in the face by a football. We’ve been trying to keep injuries from happening.
Getting Physical
Injuries are one problem on the field but sometimes we disagree too. One day my friends Bruce and Nolan pushed eachother around because the didn’t agree on the score.
Overtime
Sometimes we go into overtime. We finish the games at our last recess. Football is an exiting game to play. But,we need to be careful too. See you on my next blog.
